Toilet brush height

A colleague bought a toilet brush and affirms that from the ground to the top "it's too tall".

I've been asked how tall are toilet brushes.

Decided to take this matter pretty seriously and started asking some questions, does it need any mounting on the wall or has a base resting on the floor? Does it comes from a specific shop? Is there something remarkable about it? After thinking for some time (30 seconds at most) I guessed around 35cm to 40cm, so around 14.5 inches for all the cheeseburger eaters.

Looks like I'm pretty good answering bullshit questions.
